05/03/2016                                       Easy Fish Curry in Tomato Gravy

 Any boneless fish cut and cubed ( I took Tuna) 750g.

Onions

Big onion Sliced very thinly length wise  5 to 6 Nos

  Tomato  cut in very small  -7 nos

For Marinating  Fish

Chilly powder   1 tsp

Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp

Salt  as per your taste

Marinate fish in these ingredients and keep for an hour.

Shallow fry the fish until 3/4th of the fish are cooked.

In a pan use remaining oil from the pan we fried the fish, if that is not enough take some more oil. Then heat the oil & saute the onions well in it.

Add chilly powder -2tsp

Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp.

Salt as per your taste

Add the tomatoes & sauté well until the oil comes on sides.

Saute

Serve hot with white rice or chapathi

Add 2tbl spn of tomato sauce and sauté for one minute. Then pour 2 cups of water & allow the gravy to boil. Finally add fish and allow the fish to cook completely
